Grease and dust an eight-inch round cake tin. In a mixing bowl, whisk together corn meal, refined flour, milk and egg. Add corn, jalapenos, cheese and onion and mix. Fold in the olive oil. Pour into the greased tin and bake in preheated oven for forty five minutes. Cool, cut into slices and serve.
