Ingredients list for Jaggery Rice
- 1 1/2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup Jaggery
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut
- 1 tablespoon Mixed dried fruits
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add jaggery, scraped coconut, dry fruits and mix well.
- Add rice and toss well. Serve hot.
