Ingredients list for Jaggery Pancake

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour(atta)
  • 1 1/2 cups Jaggery grated
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamon powder
  • Ghee for preparing pancakes
  • for garnishing Shredded coconut

Method

  1. In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, grated jaggery, milk and cardamon powder and mix well that no lumps are formed.
  2. Heat ghee on a non stick tawa and add spoonful of batter on it. Cook till golden brown on both the sides.
  3. Serve hot garnish with cocont.
