Ingredients list for Jaggery Pancake
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour(atta)
- 1 1/2 cups Jaggery grated
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cardamon powder
- Ghee for preparing pancakes
- for garnishing Shredded coconut
Method
- In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, grated jaggery, milk and cardamon powder and mix well that no lumps are formed.
- Heat ghee on a non stick tawa and add spoonful of batter on it. Cook till golden brown on both the sides.
- Serve hot garnish with cocont.
