Ingredients list for Instant ChIlled Cake Puding
- 2/3 Vanilla Sponge Cake
- 1 cup Milk
- 8-10 tablespoons Vanilla ice cream
- 4 Elaichi bananas
- 4 tablespoons Honey
- 4 tablespoons Toasted and sliced almonds
Method
- Break cake into pieces and put into a mixer jar. Add milk and vanilla ice cream and grind.
- Peel and slice bananas and put them equally into 4 stemmed glasses.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over the bananas in each glass.
- Fill up the glasses with cake mixture, garnish with almonds and serve immediately.
