Ingredients for Iced Coconut Milk With Sago Recipe

  • Fresh coconut milk 4 cups

  • Sago (sabudana) 1 cup

  • Brown sugar 3/4 cup

  • Ice cubes as required

Method

Step 1

Make a syrup of brown sugar with one cup water. Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 2

Boil the sago in two cups of water till transparent. Cool and chill. While serving put the sago in serving bowls, put a couple of ice cubes, add a little brown sugar syrup.

Step 3

Fill up the bowl with coconut milk and serve immediately.
