By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed Sprouts, Egg Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Hot Sprout Omelette 1 cup Mixed Sprouts blanched 8 Egg beaten to taste Salt Method Break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper powder and beat well. Heat one and a half tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add a quarter of onions and quarter of green chillies and saute for one minute. Add beaten eggs and mix. Mix with a spoon, and cook till it sets. Spread two teaspoons of red chilli sauce on the omelette. Place some sprouts on one side and fold over the other side. Cook for a minute. Flip over and cook again for a minute. Serve hot immediately. Prepare the other omelettes similarly.
