Ingredients list for Honey Crisps

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 cup Refined flour
  • 150 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 80 grams Corn flakes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Grease a baking tray Cream together butter, sugar and honey.
  2. Add flour and cornflakes. If necessary add a little more honey and mix into a dough. Divide the dough into twelve equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten slightly.
  3. Place them on the greased baking tray, keeping sufficient space between each so that they can spread. Bake in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes.
  4. Cool and store in an airtight tin.
