Ingredients list for Honey Crisps
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Refined flour
- 150 grams Unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 80 grams Corn flakes
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Grease a baking tray Cream together butter, sugar and honey.
- Add flour and cornflakes. If necessary add a little more honey and mix into a dough. Divide the dough into twelve equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten slightly.
- Place them on the greased baking tray, keeping sufficient space between each so that they can spread. Bake in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight tin.
