Ingredients list for Herbed Bread
- 1 2/3 cups for dusting Refined Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary
- to taste Salt
Method
- Sift flour into a bowl. Add yeast, salt and rosemary. Mix well. Make a well in the center. Add sufficient hot water and olive oil.
- Mix well and knead into a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.
- In another bowl, add one tablespoon oil and keep the balls in it. Cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside for fifty-five to sixty minutes.
- Roll the balls, dusting with flour, into oval shaped breads. Heat the Grill Pan, adding a little oil.
- Place the bread in it and cook, brushing with oil, till both sides are evenly done. Serve hot.
