Ingredients list for Herbed Bread

  • 1 2/3 cups for dusting Refined Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Sift flour into a bowl. Add yeast, salt and rosemary. Mix well. Make a well in the center. Add sufficient hot water and olive oil.
  2. Mix well and knead into a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.
  3. In another bowl, add one tablespoon oil and keep the balls in it. Cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside for fifty-five to sixty minutes.
  4. Roll the balls, dusting with flour, into oval shaped breads. Heat the Grill Pan, adding a little oil.
  5. Place the bread in it and cook, brushing with oil, till both sides are evenly done. Serve hot.
