Ingredients list for Healthy Energy Bites
- 8-10 Golden apricots
- 8-10 Prunes
- 8-10 Almonds chopped
- 1/2 cup Seedless dates chopped
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds (til) toasted
Method
- Roughly chop apricots and prunes.
- Place the prunes, apricots, almonds and dates in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions shaped into small balls.
- Spread sesame seeds on a plate and coat the balls on it.
- Serve immediately.
