Boil the milk in a deep non-stick pan, add the rice and reduce heat. Cook, stirring continuously, till the milk reduces to one-third of its original quantity and the rice gets cooked. Add the honey and mix, partially crushing the rice with the back of the ladle. Add the muesli, cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix well. Serve hot or cold garnished with strawberries and banana.
