Ingredients list for Hariyali Raita
- 1 bunch Corinder
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 15-20 Fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 Green chilli
Method
- Grate the radish and store the leaves. Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and salt and grind it to a fine paste.
- Add yogurt in a bowl. Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, radish and chutney and mix well.
- Serve chilled garnished with radish leaves.
