Ingredients list for Gulabjamun Cheesecake
- 25-30 Gulab jamuns
- 8-10 Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Carrageenan (vegetarian gelatin)
- 1 cup Hung yogurt
- 2 cups Paneer (cottage cheese),grated
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
Method
- Melt butter in the microwave oven for a minute. Add it to the crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix. Line a spring bottom tin with this mixture, press lightly and keep it in the refrigerator to set.
