Ingredients list for Grilled Pear with Rose Rabdi
- 3-4 Pears
- 3 tablespoons Rabdi
- 2 tablespoons Candied rose petals (gulkand)
- 2 cups Rabdi
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
Method
- Heat a non-stick grill pan. Peel and halve pears, remove seeds and place the pears in the grill pan, flat side facing down and grill till golden.
- Mix together rose syrup, candied rose petals and rabdi in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat balsamic vinegar in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and cook till the mixture reduces to half of its original quantity. Add pears and coat them well with the mixture.
- Transfer the pears on a serving plate. Top it with the rose rabdi and serve.
