Remove the stem, cut the figs horizontally and place in the grill pan. Cook on one side till golden. Flip, and cook on the other side till evenly done. Heat sugar in a non-stick pan and cook on high heat till the sugar caramalizes. Reduce heat, add sesame seeds and butter and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix well. Transfer the grilled figs into a serving plate. Pour the caramel butter sauce over it. Drizzle some honey and serve.
