    Method

    1. Set the temperature of the kettle at 80º C and heat 1½ cups water in it.
    2. Put dried green tea leaves in the strainer and place it in a glass kettle. Pour some of the hot water in it and mix well. Discard the water. Pour remaining hot water in it and set aside for 2-3 minutes till the flavor infuses.
    3. Pour the green tea equally into 4 cups and serve hot.
