By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium cucumbers, Medium green capsicums Cuisine Spanish Course Soups Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Gazpacho - SK Khazana 4Mediu Medium cucumbers 4 Medium green capsicums 2 Medium green apples 2 tablespoons Celery finely chopped 2 Green chillies 12-14 Walnut kernels roughly chopped 2 teaspoons Garlic finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 2 tablespo for drizzling Olive oil 2 teaspoons Vinegar Method Peel and cut cucumbers into small cubes. Halve capsicums and remove seeds. Core the apple and cut capsicums and apple into cubes. Transfer all these into a blender jar. Add celery, broken green chilli, walnuts, garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, 2 tablespoons olive oil and vinegar and blend into a smooth mixture. Strain the mixture into another bowl. Pour into individual bowls. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some crushed peppercorns.
