Ingredients list for Golden Paneer Tricone
- 250 grams Paneer
- 8 slices Bread crust removed
- 1/2 cup Green chutney
- 1/2 cup Date chutney
- to deep fry Oil
- 3 Onions thinly sliced
Method
- Apply green chutney on four slices of bread. Apply sweet date chutney on remaining four slices of bread. Place a slice with green chutney on a board. Place a few thin slices of paneer over the chutney.
- Place a slice with sweet chutney, chutney side down over the paneer. Press well and cut into two diagonally. Similarly prepare other sandwiches. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Deep fry sandwiches to a crisp golden brown, holding them down in the oil for a few seconds. Remove and drain onto an absorbent paper. Mix thinly sliced onions with remaining green coriander chutney and sweet date chutney.
- Serve sandwiches covered lavishly with onions.
