Ingredients list for Gluten Free Peanut Butter Mug Cake
- 3 tablespoons Peanut butter creamy
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespo + 1 teaspoon Castor sugar (caster sugar)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Break egg into an oven proof mug. Add castor sugar and beat well. Add peanut butter and whisk well.
- Place the mug on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve.
