Ingredients list for Gaurpapdi
- 2 cups Wholewheat Flour
- 2 cups jaggery grated
- 1 1/2 cups Ghee
- 10 Cashewnuts chopped
- 10 Almonds slivered
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Heat ghee in a kadai and add atta. Roast on medium heat till it gives out a nice aroma. Add cardamom powder and remove from heat.
- Mix well. Add the grated jaggery and mix well till well blended. Transfer the mixture onto a greased tray. Garnish with chopped cashewnuts and almond slivers.
- Cut into pieces of desired size and shape while still warm. Remove when set.
