By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Cocoa powder Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Difficult Others Veg Ingredients list for Gauntlet Chocolate Bread 1 cup + for dusting Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons Activated yeast as required Edible silver dust as required Edible copper dust as required Sugar candies Method Take refined flour in a large bowl, add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and mix well. Add activated yeast and sufficient water and knead in to semi-soft dough. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Dust the worktop with flour, divide the dough into required number of portions to suit the shape you want the bread to be. Roll, make cylinders, roundels etc. and shape the bread. Place it on a baking tray. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
