Garlic And Parsley Bread

An excellent accompaniment with any soup, the bread slices are smeared with garlic and parsley flavoured butter and toasted. This recipe has featured on the show Khanakhazana.

Ingredients list for Garlic And Parsley Bread

  • 1 French loaf (baguette)
  • 200 grams Butter
  • 15-20 cloves Garlic,finely chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons Fresh parsley,finely chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette diagonally without cutting through. Mix garlic and parsley with butter well. Apply this in between the slices. Wrap the loaf in aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for ten minutes. Turn once and bake for further 10 minutes. Serve with laksa.
