Add honey, mix and cook till the syrup thickens. Halve peach, remove seed and cut into cubes. Cut pineapple into chunks. Cut melon into cubes and place all the fruits in a bowl. Add orange segments. Peel, slice banana thickly and add. Cut apple into small pieces and add. Strain the lavender honey into the bowl of fruits and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
