Ingredients list for Frosted Nuts

  • 1 cup Roasted almonds
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Icing sugar


  1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  2. Combine sugar with ½ cup water in a non-stick pan and place it on heat. Cook till a thick sugar syrup is formed.
  3. Spread the nuts on a baking tray and pour the sugar syrup on top. Mix well.
  4. Dust icing sugar on top with the help of a sieve and mix the nuts with the help of a scraper.
  5. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 1-2 hours.
  6. Remove from heat and cool for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Serve.
