Ingredients list for Fresh Fruits With Jelly
- 1 packet Rasberry Jelly
- 1 packet Pineapple Jelly
- 1 packet Lime jelly
- 1/2 8"roun Sponge cake cubed eggless
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 medium Banana diced
- 1 large size Apple cubed
- 2 medium Kiwi diced
- 1/4 medium Pineapple cubed
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate pearls
- 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
Method
- Take jelly powder, add water according to instructions on the packet and dissolve. Pour into aluminum trays and chill in the refrigerator till set.
- In a large serving bowl, arrange a layer of sponge cake, mix together condensed milk and milk and sprinkle over the sponge cake.
- Spread fruits over the sponge cake, sprinkle powdered sugar, cover generously with chopped jelly and serve immediately.
