Ingredients list for Fragrant Mushrooms
- 18 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
Method
- Cut six large squares of double-thickness aluminium foil. Place three mushrooms in the centre of each foil.
- Cream together butter, garlic, thyme, lemon rind, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a spoonful over each mushroom. Pull the edges of the foil up over the mushrooms and turn over to seal fillings.
- Heat the Grill Pan. Place the foil parcels on it for six to eight minutes or till mushrooms are tender. Serve immediately.
