Ingredients list for Falooda

  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli dried
  • 1 cup Rabdi
  • 1/2 cup Falooda vermicelli dried
  • as required Rose syrup
  • 1 packet Vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons Nuts chopped


  1. Heat 1 cup water in a non stick pan, when the water starts boiling add falooda and cook.
  2. Soak sabza in water till it puffs up. Chill glasses in the refrigerator. Drain falooda and put into a bowl, add ice cubes and water.
  3. Fill ⅓ of each glass with rabdi, add crushed ice and 3 tsps rose syrup, a little drained sabza, a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Drain the falooda and some of it into each glass. Sprinkle nuts over them, drizzle some more rabdi and a little rose syrup. Put some more sabza over each glass and serve immediately
