Ingredients list for Falooda
- 1/2 cup Vermicelli dried
- 1 cup Rabdi
- 1/2 cup Falooda vermicelli dried
- as required Rose syrup
- 1 packet Vanilla ice cream
- 4 tablespoons Nuts chopped
Method
- Heat 1 cup water in a non stick pan, when the water starts boiling add falooda and cook.
- Soak sabza in water till it puffs up. Chill glasses in the refrigerator. Drain falooda and put into a bowl, add ice cubes and water.
- Fill ⅓ of each glass with rabdi, add crushed ice and 3 tsps rose syrup, a little drained sabza, a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Drain the falooda and some of it into each glass. Sprinkle nuts over them, drizzle some more rabdi and a little rose syrup. Put some more sabza over each glass and serve immediately
