Melt the chocolate on double boiler. Allow to come to room temperature stirring continuously. Fold the chocolate in cream. Grease a cake tin with olive oil. Sprinkle icing sugar and coat the tin completely. Dust off excess sugar. Pour some chocolate mixture in the tin and spread evenly. Place the rasmalais on top.
