Ingredients list for Egg Platter
- 6 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Heat four cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add five eggs and hard boil them for ten minutes. Remove the eggs and peel them. Cut them into half.
- Separate the egg white and yolk of the remaining egg.
- Dip the eggs in the egg whiteHeat oil in a non-stick pan. Dip the boiled eggs in egg white and then cook the eggs for a minute.
- Put them in a serving plate. Sprinkle chaat masala, onion and coriander leaves on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
