Ingredients list for Egg Cheese Burst
- 8 slices Bread
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- a pinch Oregano
- to taste Salt
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated
- 4 teaspoons Olive oil
Method
- Beat egg in a bowl till fluffy. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, oregano and salt to it.
- Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and arrange them on a plate.Place the grated cheese on four bread slices and cover them with remaining bread slices. Heat oil on a non stick tawa and shallow fry the bread slices till golden brown on both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
