Ingredients list for Egg Cheese Burst

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • a pinch Oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 teaspoons Olive oil


  1. Beat egg in a bowl till fluffy. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, oregano and salt to it.
  2. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and arrange them on a plate.Place the grated cheese on four bread slices and cover them with remaining bread slices. Heat oil on a non stick tawa and shallow fry the bread slices till golden brown on both the sides.
  3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
