Dry Fruit Oatmeal Halwa

Ingredients list for Dry Fruit Oatmeal Halwa

  • 6 pieces Dry Fruit Chikki
  • 1/4 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Oatmeal flour
  • 1 tablespoon Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Heat half the ghee in a pan, add oatmeal flour and whole wheat flour and sauté for two to three minutes. Add oatmeal and continue to sauté for two minutes.
  2. Add sugar and one and a half cups of water, mix properly. Cook till it thickens and gets a halwa consistency. Chop dry fruit halwa roughly and add the pan.
  3. Mix well and continue to cook for further two to three minutes. Dribble the remaining ghee from top. Serve hot.
