Add oatmeal and continue to sauté for two minutes. Add sugar and one and a half cups of water, mix properly. Cook till it thickens and gets a halwa consistency. Chop dry fruit halwa roughly and add the pan. Mix well and continue to cook for further two to three minutes. Dribble the remaining ghee from top. Serve hot.
