Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 200 grams chicken tikka, cut into strips
- 4 refined flour tortillas
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
- Butter as required
- 1 large onion, sliced + to serve
- 1 medium tomato, cut into strips
- 1 medium capsicum, cut into strips
- Green chutney as required
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, place tortilla and cook for 1 minute, flip and break 2 eggs on top, spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle salt and white pepper powder, cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Apply butter on top, sprinkle sliced onion, tomato strips, green capsicum strips, and a portion of chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, and add green chutney, fold it into a roll and take it off the heat.
- Cut it into half and serve hot with sliced onion and green chutney.
