Double Egg Chicken Roll Make a delicious Chicken Tikka Egg Roll by filling a tortilla with scrambled eggs, chicken tikka, and sautéed vegetables, and serving it hot with a side of green chutney and sliced onions. By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Readymade chicken tikka Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 8 eggs 200 grams chicken tikka, cut into strips 4 refined flour tortillas Salt to taste White pepper powder to taste Butter as required 1 large onion, sliced + to serve 1 medium tomato, cut into strips 1 medium capsicum, cut into strips Green chutney as required Method Heat a non-stick pan, place tortilla and cook for 1 minute, flip and break 2 eggs on top, spread it evenly. Sprinkle salt and white pepper powder, cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Apply butter on top, sprinkle sliced onion, tomato strips, green capsicum strips, and a portion of chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, and add green chutney, fold it into a roll and take it off the heat.
