Ingredients list for Double Egg Chicken Roll

  • 8 Eggs
  • 200 grams Readymade chicken tikka cut into strips
  • 4 Refined flour tortillas
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • as required Butter
  • 1 + to serve Large onion sliced
  • 1 Medium tomato cut into strips
  • 1 Medium green capsicum cut into strips
  • 2-3 Green chillies chopped
  • as required Green chutney


  1. Heat a non-stick pan, place a tortilla and cook for 1 minute, flip and break 2 eggs on top, spread it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle salt and white pepper powder, cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Apply butter on top, sprinkle sliced onion, tomato strips, green capsicum strips, green chillies and chicken tikka strips. Sprinkle salt and a drizzle green chutney, fold it into a roll and take it off the heat.
  4. Cut each roll into half and place on separate serving plates and serve hot with sliced onion and green chutney.
