Ingredients list for Double Berry Smoothie
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- 7-8 Strawberries hulled& chopped
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 4-6 tablespoons Chilled Milk
- 3-4 tablespoons Cranberry juice
- for garnishing Strawberries
- for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Blend together blueberries, ½ cup yogurt, honey and 2-3 tablespoons milk till smooth. Pour equally into 2 glasses.
- Blend together remaining yogurt, remaining honey, remaining milk, chopped strawberries and cranberry juice till smooth. Pour equally on top of blueberry mixture.
- Chill and serve garnished with strawberries and mint sprigs.
