By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dates, Dates Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Date Pannacotta ¾ cup Dates Puree ¼ cup Dates chopped ¾ cup Fresh cream 1 cup Milk 1 tablespoon Castor sugar (caster sugar) ¾ tablespoon Gelatin Method Heat together cream and milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add castor sugar, mix and heat till just warm. Add 1-2 tablespoons water to gelatin and heat in the microwave for 10seconds. Remove from heat and mix well. Switch off heat and add dissolved gelatin to the cream-milk mixture. Mix well and strain into a bowl. Set aside to cool down to room temperature. Add date puree, chopped dates and mix well.
