Ingredients list for Dahi Fruit Chiwda
- 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 1 cup Thick pressed rice (jada poha / mota chiwda)
- 2 + 1 for Elaichi bananas
- 2 Oranges peeled and separated into segments
- 1 Apple
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Soak poha in water for 2-3 minutes.
- Peel apple and 2 bananas and cut them into small pieces.
- Mix together yogurt, apple, bananas and orange segments. Drain the pressed rice, add to the yogurt and mix well.
- Peel and slice the remaining banana.
- Drizzle honey on the yogurt mixture, garnish with banana slices and serve.
