Ingredients
- 200 grams flat noodles
- Oil to deep fry
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (til), toasted
Method
- Boil noodles in plenty of water till just done. Drain well and spread on a plate so that all the noodles are separate.
- Heat plenty of oil in a wok. Deep fry the noodles till golden and crisp.
- Heat honey in non stick pan. Place the noodles in a serving plate and break them slightly. Pour the hot honey over them.
- Roll fast, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
