Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt whisked + to drizzle
- 10 fresh strawberries
- 5-6 kurmura laddoos
- 3 tablespoons blueberry jam, whisked
- A little mixed fruit jam
Method
- Hull the strawberries and chop them roughly.
- Take blueberry jam in a bowl, add whisked yogurt and mix well.
- Rub a little mixed fruit jam on the insides of the serving glass cups to make stripes.
- Crush the kurmura laddoos coarsely in a bowl.
- Half fill the glass cups with the crushed laddoos and put the blueberry yogurt over them.
- Top it with strawberries, and drizzle a little plain yogurt on top. Sprinkle a little crushed kurmura laddoos and serve immediately.
