Ingredients list for Crispy Fried Walnut Mushrooms
- 20 medium Mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons Walnuts
- 100 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 tablespoon Ham chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon White wine
- to taste Salt
Method
- Clean and wash the mushrooms. Gently separate the stems from the caps. Brush mushrooms caps with melted butter. Mix all the other ingredients. Stuff this mixture into the mushroom cavity.
- These mushrooms can be cooked by baking in a hot oven at 180°C for fifteen minutes or can be deep fried by coating in egg and rolling in bread crumbs and frying till crisp.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
