Ingredients
- 1½ cups refined flour (maida)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- In a bowl, add refined flour, butter, milk and eggs in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the prepared batter and cook till the underside turns golden brown. Similarly, make other crepes.
- Serve immediately.
