Ingredients list for Crackling Bhindi

  • 500 grams Lady Finger
  • 2 medium Chaat Masala sliced thinly
  • to deep fry Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Method

  1. Wash and wipe ladyfingers using a kitchen towel or a muslin cloth. Trim the head and tail and cut the ladyfingers into one inch sized diamonds.
  2. Peel, wash and thinly slice onions. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry ladyfingers till crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
  3. In the same oil deep-fry sliced onions till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
  4. In a large bowl combine fried ladyfingers, onions, chaat masala and lemon juice. Toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
