  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels blanched
  • 16 Savoury biscuits

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add corn and continue to sauté for a minute or two. Add red chilli garlic chutney, sweet date and tamarind chutney and mix well.
  2. Remove from heat and add coriander leaves, half the sev and salt and mix well. Arrange four to five biscuits on a plate. Top the biscuits with the corn mixture. Drizzle half a teaspoon of green chutney over each biscuit. Cover up all the biscuits with ple
