- 1/2 cup Corn kernels blanched
- 16 Savoury biscuits
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add corn and continue to sauté for a minute or two. Add red chilli garlic chutney, sweet date and tamarind chutney and mix well.
- Remove from heat and add coriander leaves, half the sev and salt and mix well. Arrange four to five biscuits on a plate. Top the biscuits with the corn mixture. Drizzle half a teaspoon of green chutney over each biscuit. Cover up all the biscuits with ple
