Ingredients list for Cookies and Caramel Ice Cream

  • 6-8 + to garnish Dark chocolate cookies crushed
  • 2 tablespo for drizzling Caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • to garnish Dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk, caramel sauce, vanilla essence and chocolate cookies. Fold in till well mixed.
  2. Transfer mixture to an airtight container, sprinkle some chocolate chips and freeze for overnight.
  3. Scoop out the ice cream, drizzle some caramel sauce on top, garnish with a chocolate cookie and serve chilled.
