Ingredients for Cookies and Caramel Ice Cream Recipe

  • Dark chocolate cookies crushed 6-8 + to garnish

  • Caramel sauce 2 tablespo for drizzling

  • Whipping cream 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

  • Dark chocolate chips to garnish


Step 1

Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk, caramel sauce, vanilla essence and chocolate cookies. Fold in till well mixed.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to an airtight container, sprinkle some chocolate chips and freeze for overnight.

Step 3

Scoop out the ice cream, drizzle some caramel sauce on top, garnish with a chocolate cookie and serve chilled.
