Ingredients for Coffee Pannacotta - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Instant coffee powder 1 1/2 teas for dusting

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup

  • Fresh cream 2 cups

  • Milk powder 1 tablespoon

  • Gelatin powder 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add castor sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil and take it off the heat. Add coffee powder and mix well.

Step 2

Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan, add milk powder, mix well and bring to a boil. Add gelatine powder and stir continuously till it combines well.

Step 3

Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the milk mixture, mix well and strain into a bowl. Pour into coffee cups and keep in the refrigerator to set.

Step 4

Once set, take them out of the refrigerator, dust with some coffee powder and serve chilled.
