Ingredients list for Claypot Drunken Fish

  • 600 grams Fish cut into ½ inch thick slices
  • 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 3 cups Fish stock
  • to taste Salt
  • 5-6 Black peppercorns crushed

Method

  1. Take claypot with lid of appropriate size, wash and keep aside for drying. Combine ginger, garlic with fish stock in the claypot and cook, covered on Microwave HIGH (100%) for three minutes.
  2. Add salt, peppercorns, sugar, soy sauce, white wine, spring onions along with the greens and fish to the above mixture, cover and cook on Microwave HIGH (100%) for ten minutes. Let it stand for five minutes. Serve hot.
