Ingredients list for Chocolate Walnut Fudge
- 100 grams Dark chocolate , chopped
- 1/2 cup + to sprinkle Walnuts , chopped
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 400 grams Condensed milk
- 1 cup Khoya/mawa , grated
Method
- Line a barfi tray with cling film.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add chocolate and mix continuously till it melts. Add condensed milk and cook, stirring continuously, for 5-6 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
- Add walnuts, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add khoya and cook, stirring continuously, till mixture thickens further. Switch off the heat and keep stirring till it cools slightly.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture into the lined tray, spread evenly and tap. Set aside till it cools down a little more. Cut into small pieces of any shape you desire.
- Keep the tray in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or till it sets.
- Separate the pieces, arrange them on a serving plate, sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top and serve.
