Grease four soufflé moulds with butter and dust with powdered sugar Melt chocolate and whisk to mix well. Add egg yolks and mix. Add orange liqueur if using and mix. Whip egg whites till they reaches soft peaks consistency and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Pour into the greased moulds and bake in the preheated oven for nine minutes.
