Ingredients list for Chocolate Hazelnut Bars
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped
- ¼ chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- ¼ cup Biscuits crackers
- + for sprinkling Hazelnuts crushed, ¼ cup
Method
- To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.
- Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts. Add butter and mix well.
- Add crushed cracker biscuits and hazelnuts and mix.
- Line a barfi tray with a cling film, transfer the chocolate-hazelnut mixture into it, level it out and tap. Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
- Demould, spread chocolate hazelnut spread and sprinkle remaining hazelnut on top.
- Cut into squares and serve.
