Ingredients list for Chocolate Cups

  • ½ cup Dark chocolate chopped
  • ¼ small Pineapple peeled
  • 1 Kiwi peeled
  • 1 small Apple
  • 1½ tablespoons Strawberry crush
  • ½ cup Whipped cream
  • for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs


  1. Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix well till it reaches room temperature.
  2. Lightly make a cut at the edge of 8 small disposable cups.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into 4 prepared cups. Pour the melted chocolate from the 4 cups into the other remaining cups and make sure to coat the cups well by rotating them. Pour back the excess chocolate into the bowl and use it for later. Refrigerate the cups for 20 minutes.
  4. Finely chop pineapple and kiwi. Peel the apple and finely chop. Place the chopped fruits in a bowl.
  5. Add strawberry crush and whipped cream. Mix well and refrigerate.
  6. With the help of the cut on the cups, peel to get the chocolate cups demoulded.
  7. Fill the cups with the prepared fruit-cream mixture, garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
