Ingredients list for Chocolate Banana Bread Rolls
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chopped
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 8 slices Bread
- 3 Eggs
- for coating Panko breadcrumbs
- for drizzling Chocolate sauce
Method
- Trim the edges of the bread slices.
- Peel and halve the bananas and then slice them lengthwise.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Place a banana slice in the centre, top with some chocolate pieces and roll tightly.
- Dip the rolls in the beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and keep them on a plate. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide the rolls into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange the rolls on a serving platter, drizzle chocolate sauce over them and serve.
