Ingredients list for Chocolate Banana Bread Rolls

  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 3 Eggs
  • for coating Panko breadcrumbs
  • for drizzling Chocolate sauce


  1. Trim the edges of the bread slices.
  2. Peel and halve the bananas and then slice them lengthwise.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  4. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Place a banana slice in the centre, top with some chocolate pieces and roll tightly.
  5. Dip the rolls in the beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and keep them on a plate. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide the rolls into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a serving platter, drizzle chocolate sauce over them and serve.
