Ingredients list for Chocolate And Beancurd Mousse

  • 300 grams Dark chocolate grated
  • 200 grams Silken beancurd silken
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 3/4 cup Whipped cream
  • 14 measures Sugar Free Natura
  • for garnish Cocoa powder

Method

  1. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave oven for one minute. Puree beancurd with half a cup of water.
  2. Whisk the chocolate till smooth, add cream and whisk again. Add the beancurd puree and mix. Add whipped cream and Sugar Free and mix well.
  3. Transfer into individual bowls. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder through a sieve.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
