Ingredients list for Chocoholic

  • 3/4 cup Milk chocolate grated
  • 3/4 cup White chocolate grated
  • 3/4 cup Dark chocolate grated
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipped cream
  • 4 teaspoons Dark chocolate chips


  1. Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan. When it is about to come to a boil, remove the pan from heat.
  2. In a glass bowl, add milk chocolate and half cup of hot fresh cream. Whisk well and set aside to cool. Once cooled, fold in half cup of whipped cream and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Repeat this same procedure using the white chocolate and dark chocolate as well.
  4. Take four individual shot glasses and fill one-third of each glass with white chocolate mousse.
  5. Top it up with dark chocolate mousse so that each shot glass is about two-third full. Fill up all the shot glasses with milk chocolate mousse. Sprinkle each with chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for half an hour at least and serve chilled.
